Tasting Notes
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Light notes of lemon and angelica, with a sense of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Sweet, with a heavy dose of juniper and citrus with hints of a woody richness. The liqourice root adds further sweetness providing a lovely depth of flavor.
Finish: A long, dry, smooth finish
Botanicals
We use a mix of English and Moroccan Coriander seeds alongside the fresh citrus peels of Sweet Orange and Lemon. A further 7 botanicals, Juniper, Cassia Bark, Angelica, Cinnamon, Orris, Liquorice and Nutmeg are used to create our exceptionally smooth London Dry Gin.
Sustainability
We don’t use plastic and our packaging is made from recyclable cardboard. All of our UK consumer orders are dispatched using DPD’s carbon-neutral shipping service.
