THE HANKY PANKY
Created in the early 1900s by Ada ‘Coley’ Coleman, at The Savoy’s ‘American Bar’ for actor Sir Charles Hawtrey.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Nicholson Original Gin
50ml Antica Formula Vermouth
2 dashes of Fernet-Branca
Garnish with an orange zest twist
THE PERFECT POUR
Grab a mixing glass and top with ice and then pour 50ml of Nicholson original, 50ml antica formula, 2 dashes of fernet-branca, stir for 10-15 secs and then strain into glass. Split the Orange zest over the liquid to release the orange essence and then present the orange zest on the rim of the glass to finish.
