STIFF UPPER LIP
Take a highball and add good quality ice. Add 35ml of Nicholson London Dry, 15ml of Aperol, 15ml lemon Juice and too up with a premium Tonic water. Finally add 2 dashes of Plum Bitters.
Garnish: to finish garnish with a sprig of Mint and a half wheel of Grapefruit
