POMEGRANATE TIPPLE
This is an indulgent Christmas cocktail, super easy to prepare and simply delicious. Designed for us by The Ivy Groups Head Mixologist, Jean Vital.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Nicholson London Dry,
15ml Pomegranate Juice
100ml of sparkling wine or Champagne
THE PERFECT POUR
Mix the Nicholson Original and Pomegranate juice into a cocktail shaker, shake for 15 seconds and then strain into a Coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Add a sprig of Rosemary to finish.
