By the 1920’s and 1930’s, Nicholson Gin was heralded as an essential ingredient of many cocktails. The contemporary bartender will find Nicholson Gin is strongly commended in the original Savoy Cocktail Book of 1930, “the bartender’s bible”. Nicholson Gin was similarly lauded in The Waldorf Astoria Bar Book and Harry’s ABC of Mixing Cocktails.
