Created to celebrate our ancestor, William Nicholson, saving Lord’s Cricket Ground for the MCC in 1866. The Lemon Thyme reflects the herbal citrus notes at the heart of Nicholson Original Gin.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Nicholson Original Gin
25ml Fresh lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
Top with English sparkling wine
Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme
THE PERFECT POUR
Put the following into a cocktail shaker: 50ml of Nicholson London Dry, 25ml of fresh lemon juice, 20ml of sugar syrup and a handful of ice cubes and then shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into glass, top with English sparkling wine and garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
