THE NICHOLSON HOT CHOCOLATE

As the nights get colder, what better way to warm up than with our luxurious Nicholson Hot Chocolate.

THE PERFECT POUR

25ml NicholsonLondon Dry Gin, 25g dark chocolate, 150ml semi-skimmed milk, 10g caster sugar, vanilla extract

On a low heat, melt your chocolate and then add the semi-skimmed milk, slowly stirring the two together. Before you hot chocolate reaches boiling point, whisk in the vanilla extract and caster sugar. Finally add Nicholson Original and stir gently. Pour into a mug and top with marsh mellow.
